Global Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! Please note that it typically takes us 3 to 5 business days to process your order before shipment. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please be mindful that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times.

For Pre-Orders or Out-of-Stock Items:

If your order contains pre-order or out-of-stock items, we will ship the available items immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock. So, if you receive only part of your order, don't worry—you will receive the rest soon.

Tracking Your Order:

If you have provided a phone number, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to track your package's journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We strive to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct a shipping address. If you believe you have provided the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@faeshop.com.

Returns:

By placing an order with faeshop, you accept responsibility for the return shipping costs to faeshop. For more details on how to return items, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

faeshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our tracking page.
