Return and Exchange Policy
We understand how challenging it can be to select personal items online. That's why all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. Please review the details below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
- Damage from normal wear and tear is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees and additional services (such as gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within one week and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@faeshop.com.
Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift-giver.
Return Process:
- Please contact us at support@faeshop.com to obtain the return shipping address.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. faeshop is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
Special Discount for Defective Items:
- For defective items purchased within one year, with proof of purchase, you may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
